Imagine getting home and finding friends eating outside. Walking over for coffee without making plans three weeks ahead. Having someone nearby to water your plants, lend you a drill, or join you for dinner on a random Tuesday.

A lot of us have joked about buying a block with our friends. Cohousing is one way people are actually creating that kind of life - private homes intentionally designed around shared spaces and community.
